Each report is independently peer reviewed by Chartered Fire Engineers,
who are also members of the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE).
Once the subsequent actions are closed out a second peer review is undertaken, providing confidence in any corrective action completed. Every audited building will be entered onto the Fire Safety Scheme website, where the public can check fire safety star ratings achieved for a premises and report any fire safety concerns.
Each building will receive an annually renewable Fire Safety Scheme star rating window sticker to show participation in the scheme and display the rating achieved.
A branded certificate will be awarded to the building owner, which may be presented to the building insurer to highlight the work undertaken. To find out more, and participate in the Fire Safety Scheme, contact us.
